Every member of Link’s team is expected to make their specific contribution to the Company with reliability, integrity and passion meaning the Company and our clients get the utmost from our combined collection of industry talent.

Operating from our support and sales offices, our team from Operations Support through to ASMs, Business Development Managers and Sales Consultants are there to provide the right person for the right job.

Ryan Mitchinson
Ryan Mitchinson

Managing Director

Ryan started at Link CCTV in 2007 as a member of the engineering team, progressing from a junior engineer through to an Area Service Manager. In 2011, Ryan moved into a Business Development role, providing life-cycle support and system consultancy to our portfolio of clients.  In November 2016, Ryan joined Link’s board of directors and has since acquired shares in the company, becoming a joint majority shareholder.

Samantha Clark

Operations Director

Sam joined Link CCTV in 2009 as a member of the Operations Support team and quickly progressed into the role of Operations Manager.  In 2013, Sam was promoted to Head of Operations, managing the company’s internal support operation, QSE and finance department.  In November 2016, Sam joined Link’s board of directors and has since acquired shares in the company, becoming a joint majority shareholder.

Steve Smith

Contracts Director

Steve joined Link CCTV in 2005 as a company director. In late 2014, Steve moved into his current role as Contracts Director and his responsibilities include managing new contract business and existing client accounts.

Bradley Smith

Commercial Manager

Bradley, who has worked within the industry for 8 years, joined Link in February 2021 as Key Accounts Executive. He looks after key accounts and various portfolios as well as systems sales and contract management.

Jodie Jenkins

Key Accounts Support & HR Manager

Jodie joined Link’s Operations Support team in January 2018 and became Key Accounts Support at the beginning of 2021. She assists our installation team on big projects. In November 2021, she become Link’s HR Manager and oversee recruitment among other tasks.

Richard Walford

Community Manager

Richard joined Link in 2020 as Community Manager. He manages our social media channels, website, marketing events, exhibitions, press and customer care.

Claire Allen

Credit Controller

Claire joined Link CCTV in 2009 and operates out of our Stevenage offices. Claire is responsible for managing the companies fleet vehicles, telecoms and clients’ credit accounts.

Beverley Angell

Accounts Payable

Bev joined Link CCTV in 2011 and operates out of our Stevenage offices. Her responsiblities include managing our supplier accounts and our day-to-day accounts payable function.

Jacky Stones

Accounts Support

Jacky started at Link CCTV in 2003 and operates out of our Stevenage office. Jacky manages the day-to-day administration and financial duties for the Sales Team.

Lloyd Briscoe

Compliance Manager

Lloyd joined Link CCTV in 2018 as the company’s Compliance Manager. With a vast amount of Health and Safety experience, Lloyd is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Zarina Koya

Operations Manager

Zarina joined Link’s Operations Support team in July 2019, operating our call-centre help-desk, as well as providing first point support for our clients and ASMs. In October 2020, Zarina was promoted to the position of Operations Manager and she now manages the day-to-day activity of the team.

Operations Support

Dawn joined Link’s Operations Support team in 2020 and operates our call-centre help-desk, as well as providing first point support for our clients and ASMs.

Dan Wilde

Northern Engineering Manager

Dan joined Link’s engineering team as an Area Service Manager in 2009 and maintained a client base in the North. After an exceptional 10 years at Link, Dan progressed into his current role as Northern Engineering Manager, supporting the service team from the south midlands, to northern Scotland.

Kenny Day

Southern Engineering Manager

Kenny joined Link in 2020.  Further to the substantial growth that Link achieved in 2019, Kenny and his counterpart Dan now manage the national service team, with Kenny managing the southern region. Kenny has worked within the security industry for over 20 years, having first worked as a service engineer, then installation, prior to moving into his current management role.

Jack Lewis

Region Account Manager

Jack joined Link’s engineering team in 2014 as a Junior Engineer.  Following an intense training program, Jack moved into his current role as an Area Service Manager and he now maintains a client base in the Midlands and Central regions. Jack is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their accounts.

Bradley Greenslade

Region Account Manager

Bradley joined Link’s engineering team in 2016 as a Service Engineer. In November 2018, Bradley was promoted to an Area Service Manager and he now maintains a client base in East Anglia and Central London regions. Bradley is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their accounts.

Phil North

Area Service Manager

Phil joined Link’s engineering team in 2009 and currently maintains a client base in the Southwest. Phil is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their accounts.

Marc Mclean

Area Service Manager

Marc joined Link’s engineering team in September 2021 and currently maintains a client base in the Northwest.  Marc is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their accounts.

Louie Malone

Area Service Manager

Louie joined Link’s engineering team in September 2022 and currently maintains a client base in Kent.  Louie is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their accounts.

Sean Reilly

Area Service Manager

Sean joined Link’s engineering team in April 2019 and currently maintains a client base in the Midlands region. Sean is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their accounts.

Dave Porcas

Area Service Manager

David joined Link’s engineering team in May 2019 as a Service Engineer.  He has since progressed into the position of an Area Service Manager and maintains a client base in Southwest.  Dave is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their account.

Taylor Brace

Area Service Manager

Taylor started his apprenticeship with Link in September 2018. As well as attending college, he also assisted our ASMs as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program. Taylor has since progressed into the role of Junior Area Service Manager, currently maintaining a client base in the East of England.

Colin Day

Technical Manager & Automation Specialist

Colin joined Link in January 2021 as Technical Manager & Automation Specialist. Colin previously worked for Link as a subcontractor for 10 years.

James Mann
James Mann

Project Engineer

James joined Link in September 2022 as Project Engineer. He will be supporting the Installation Team with commissioning and the implementation of small works. James previously worked for Link and has a great work ethic and capabilities.

Philip Carman

Area Service Manager

Philip joined Link in September 2020 as a Junior Service Engineer.  Philip will be assisting our ASMs in Essex and North East London region, as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program.

David Gaynor

Area Service Manager

David joined Link’s engineering team in January 2023 and currently maintains a client base in the Susses.  David is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ security equipment and day-to-day management of their accounts.

Alex McGregor

Junior Service Engineer

Alex joined Link in May 2021 as a Junior Service Engineer. He’s based in North London and assists our ASMs in that region as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program.

Sam Penn

Junior Service Engineer

Sam joined Link in December 2022 as a Junior Service Engineer. He’s based in North London and assists Bradley Greenslade, the ASM for in that region. Sam joins the Link Academy and will partake in an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program

Drue Harding

Installation Manager

Drue joined the company in early 2019, having worked on behalf of Link as an installation subcontractor for a number of years.  Drue is now responsible for working on the larger installation projects.

Jason Bellman

Senior Installation Engineer

Jason joined Link’s installation team in early 2019 having worked as a subcontractor on Link’s behalf for nearly 15 years.  Jason is our Senior Installation Engineer and supports the Installation Manager on all large scale projects. Jason also manages our training programme for the junior installation engineers to ensure they follow in his footsteps.

Liam Valentine

Senior Installation Engineer

Liam joined Link in 2017 and was one of the first recruits to the internal installation team. Liam is currently responsible for working on the larger installation projects as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program.

Duane Notice

Senior Installation Engineer

Duane joined Link in 2011 as an Area Service Manager and quickly progressed into the role of Engineering Manager.  In July 2018, Duane transitioned to become the Installation Manager and he was instrumental in developing and growing our in-house installation team. Further to the success that Duane achieved in these roles, he promoted to Head of Engineering and oversaw the service and installation teams. In January 2023, after a 15-month hiatus, Duane re-joined Link as our new Senior Installation Engineer.

Jay Swarray

Junior Installation Engineer

Jay joined Link in July 2022 as a Junior Installation Engineer.  Jay is currently responsible for working on the larger installation projects, as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program.

Adam Reed

Junior Installation Engineer

Adam joined Link in June 2022 as a Junior Installation Engineer.  Adam is currently responsible for working on the larger installation projects, as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program.

Josh Christopher

Junior Installation Engineer

Josh joined Link in June 2022 as a Junior Installation Engineer.  Josh is currently responsible for working on the larger installation projects, as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program.

Habib Haque
Habib Haque

Pre-Build Engineer

Habib joined Link in 2020 as an Installation Engineer.  Habib is currently responsible for working on the larger installation projects, as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program.

Andy Raymond

Sales Consultant

Andy joined Link in 2003 as an ASM and migrated to a sales and account management role in 2005.  Andy currently focuses on HD CCTV and integrated access control solutions for the education, corporate and retail sectors within the South of England.

Steve Hodgkins

Sales Consultant

Steve joined Link in 2008 and primarily operates in the north of the country. In addition to sales consultancy, Steve also provides our CAD services and specialises in control rooms and control room furniture.

George Kingston

Business Development

George has been with Link since 1998. Working with the sales team, his primary role is to look for new sales opportunities in established and new markets, both for service and maintenance and installation contracts.
