Job Vacancy: Operations Support

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join the expanding Link team as Operations Support.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
- Answering main switchboard calls
- First line support for the ASM’s and clients
- Managing the Service email account
- Logging service call outs and PPM jobs on Protean
- Booking couriers
- Writing quotations and issuing them to our clients
- Ordering parts/equipment from suppliers
- Arranging returns of faulty equipment to suppliers
- Setting up new service contracts in Protean and issuing them to the client
- Issuing Welcome Packs to new clients
- Sending loan equipment out to the engineers
- Reporting for key clients
- Monitor the End of Day (EOD) reports and keep updated alongside the engineer
The individual must be/have:

The package is:
- Starting salary of £18,000 per annum
- Working hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- 23 days holiday which increases with length of service
- 3-month probationary period
- Commission as part of a ‘savings scheme’
- Pension
**This is a temporary to permanent role
